In 1983, Marta and her family moved from Prague , Czechoslovakia to Boston , MA .

There, Marta was employed as the Head Baker with two of Boston’s most renown catering businesses. 

Her fine pastries were served at functions attended by various dignitaries including presidents and senators.

Since then, she has made a permanent move to North Waterford and opened her own bakery.

Her desserts and pastries can be found in the area's most exclusive local inns & restaurants and her wedding cakes

can be found at many fine weddings and gatherings.
